Points expire 24 months after your last qualifying activity. Each time you earn points, the expiry date for your entire points balance is extended by 24 months.
Qualifying activities include:
- Making a purchase
- Successfully referring a new customer
- Receiving reward points for any other eligible activity
EscapePoints become available for use immediately after they are earned and verified. Some EscapePoints may be held for review for up to 24 hours.
You can view your EscapePoints balance and history anytime in your account dashboard. This includes your current balance, pending points, and points expiry date.
You can redeem your EscapePoints for discounts during checkout. Every 100 points equals $0.73 off your purchase. Look for the EscapePoints option during checkout to apply your discount. Minimum redemption is 500 points, and you can redeem up to 2000 points per order.
Points become available for redemption as soon as they're earned, unless they're subject to a holding period. Some points, like those from referrals, may have a short verification period before they can be redeemed.
