Legal Terms Governing EscapeSIM Services

Cashback rates based on your tier:

• Traveler: 5% cashback (5 points per $0.73 spent) - Every person who signs up automatically starts as a Traveler
• Silver Traveler: 6% cashback (6 points per $0.73 spent) - After you've spent $14.89
• Gold Traveler: 7% cashback (7 points per $0.73 spent) - After you've spent $51.59
• Platinum Traveler: 10% cashback (10 points per $0.73 spent) - After you've spent $146.89

Referral Program:

• 200 EscapePoints awarded to the referrer for each successful referral
• Minimum purchase of $14.89 required by referred customer in a single transaction
• Limited to 10 successful referrals per month
• Points are awarded when referred customer makes any purchase of $14.89 or more in one transaction
• Referral points are subject to standard holding periods and verification

Review Program:

• 100 EscapePoints awarded for each verified product review
• Reviews must be based on a verified purchase
• Only one review per customer permitted, regardless of platform
• Reviews only accepted on Trustpilot or ProductReview platforms

• To claim points, customers must:

  • Submit their review on an accepted platform
  • Use our Contact Us form to notify us of the review
  • Include their order number and review link
  • Submit notification within 30 days of posting review
• Reviews must be detailed and include actual product experience
• Points awarded after manual verification of review authenticity

• We reserve the right to reject EscapePoints for reviews that:

  • Don't meet our content guidelines
  • Appear fraudulent or suspicious
  • Are not properly claimed through the Contact Us form
  • Are submitted without proof of purchase

Points Redemption:

• Points can be redeemed in fixed tiers:
  • 500 points for up to $5.00 AUD off
  • 1,000 points for up to $10.00 AUD off
  • 2,000 points for up to $20.00 AUD off
• Minimum redemption: 500 points
• Maximum redemption per transaction: 2,000 points
• Points cannot be used in conjunction with coupon codes or other promotional discounts
• The discount amount cannot exceed the order total
• Points are deducted from your balance when the order is completed
• Refunded orders will result in a reversal of points used

Holding periods may apply before points become available for use:

• Purchase points: 12 hour hold
• Referral points: 24 hour hold

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate the program at any time
• Adjust point values and redemption rates
• Suspend accounts suspected of fraud or abuse
• Forfeit EscapePoints obtained through fraudulent activities
