QR Code Not Scanning

If your phone camera won't read the QR code, use the manual installation method instead. Your confirmation email includes both a QR code and an activation code (SM-DP+ address + activation code string).

Manual installation — iPhone

  1. Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM / Add Cellular Plan.
  2. Tap Use QR Code, then Enter Details Manually.
  3. Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your email.
  4. Tap Next and follow the prompts.

Manual installation — Android

  1. Follow your device's eSIM installation steps until you reach the QR code scan screen.
  2. Look for Enter activation code or More options.
  3. Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your email.

Other things to try

  • Print the QR code — phone cameras sometimes struggle to read QR codes on screens.
  • Increase the screen brightness on the device showing the QR code.
  • Try a different browser or email client if the QR code looks blurry.

QR code already used?

Each QR code is single-use. If yours has already been scanned, you'll need a replacement — contact support with your order number.
