  • Android: you must set up the APN before this eSIM will connect. Go to Settings → Connections (or Network & internet) → SIMs → this eSIM → Access Point Names, add a new APN, enter a.apn02.net in the APN field, then save and select it. Without this step the eSIM will not get a data connection.
  • iPhone: data works straight after activation with no setup. To use Personal Hotspot, go to Settings → Mobile Service → this eSIM → Mobile Data Network and enter a.apn02.net as the APN under Personal Hotspot.
