Using Your eSIM on Multiple Devices
Each EscapeSIM QR code can only be installed on one device. Once scanned and installed, it cannot be transferred to another phone.
What if I get a new phone?
If you need to move an active eSIM to a new device, contact support. In some cases we can issue a replacement profile — this depends on the underlying carrier's policy for your plan.
Can I share my eSIM as a hotspot?
Yes — you can share your eSIM's data connection via hotspot/personal hotspot. The data used by other devices will count toward your plan's allowance.
Can I install the same QR code on a second phone?
No. QR codes are single-use. Once a profile has been downloaded, the QR code is invalidated by the carrier and cannot be reused.
