  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
  • There is a documented technical issue that prevented you from using the service.

When are refunds not available?

  • The QR code has been scanned (even if data was never used).
  • The plan has partially been used.
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact support with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
