When are refunds available?
- The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or activated.
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- There is a documented technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
When are refunds not available?
- The QR code has been scanned (even if data was never used).
- The plan has partially been used.
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
How to request a refund
- Contact support with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
