Find past orders, resend confirmation emails, and check plan status from your account.
Viewing Your Order History
- Log in to your EscapeSIM account.
- Go to My Account → My eSIMs.
- You'll see a list of all past and active orders with status and details.
Can't log in?
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. If you checked out as a guest, search your email for ESCAPE- to find your order number, then contact support to link the order to your account.
Can I resend my confirmation email?
Yes — from the order details page, tap Resend confirmation email. If you can't find that option, contact support with your order number and we'll resend it manually.
