Accidentally deleted your eSIM? Each QR code is single-use, but we can issue a replacement.
Deleted eSIM — Getting a Replacement
If you deleted the eSIM from your device, the original QR code cannot be reused. You'll need us to issue a replacement.
First — double check it's actually deleted
Before requesting a replacement, confirm the eSIM is gone:
- iPhone: Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service — is the EscapeSIM plan still listed?
- Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs — is EscapeSIM still listed?
- Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM card manager — is EscapeSIM still listed?

How to request a replacement
- Use our troubleshooter → select Deleted eSIM → fill in the support form.
- Or contact support directly and include:
- Your order number (starts with ESCAPE-)
- The device you deleted it from
- Confirmation that you want a new QR code issued
We'll verify your account and send a new QR code. Typical response time: within 24 hours.
Important
Each QR code is single-use. Only request a replacement when you're ready to scan and install it immediately.
