Understand our refund terms and how to request a refund
At EscapeSIM, we aim to keep our refund process fair and transparent. Refund eligibility depends on whether your eSIM has been activated or downloaded, and whether any technical issue can be confirmed through troubleshooting.

Refund Eligibility
Unactivated eSIMs
If you purchased an eSIM but have not yet activated or downloaded it, you may be eligible for a refund. A small processing fee may apply.
Activated or Downloaded eSIMs
If your eSIM has already been activated or downloaded, any refund request is subject to a troubleshooting process. Refunds for activated or downloaded eSIMs are only considered if a technical malfunction is identified during that process.
Troubleshooting Before Refunds
If you have downloaded your eSIM and it is not working as expected, our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue. In many cases, setup issues can be fixed so you can use your eSIM successfully.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests for both unactivated and activated/downloaded eSIMs must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. The policy also states that refund requests for unactivated eSIMs require cooperation in troubleshooting.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
The eSIM was downloaded and no technical malfunction was found during troubleshooting
You did not promptly contact support or cooperate during troubleshooting
You chose not to use the eSIM for personal reasons, such as changed travel plans
The package has expired
The purchase is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized
