Your confirmation email contains everything you need to install your eSIM. Here's what each part means.
Your EscapeSIM Confirmation Email
After purchase you'll receive a confirmation email. Keep it safe — it contains your eSIM installation details.
What you'll find in the email
- Order number — starts with ESCAPE-. You'll need this if you ever contact support.
- QR code — scan this in your phone's settings to install the eSIM. Each QR code is single-use — once scanned and installed, it cannot be reused.
- SM-DP+ Address & Activation Code — use these if your phone can't scan the QR code (enter them manually).
- Plan details — your data allowance, destination country, and validity period.
When to scan the QR code
You can scan and install your eSIM at any time — before or after you arrive at your destination. The plan doesn't start counting down until you use data on the local network.
Can't find your email?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Search for EscapeSIM or ESCAPE- in your inbox.
- Log in to your account and view your order history to resend the email.
