Deleted eSIM — Getting a Replacement

If you deleted the eSIM from your device, the original QR code cannot be reused. You'll need us to issue a replacement.

First — double check it's actually deleted

Before requesting a replacement, confirm the eSIM is gone:

  • iPhone: Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service — is the EscapeSIM plan still listed?
  • Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs — is EscapeSIM still listed?
  • Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM card manager — is EscapeSIM still listed?

If it's still there but not working, go to our connectivity troubleshooting guide instead.

How to request a replacement

  1. Use our troubleshooter → select Deleted eSIM → fill in the support form.
  2. Or contact support directly and include:
    • Your order number (starts with ESCAPE-)
    • The device you deleted it from
    • Confirmation that you want a new QR code issued

We'll verify your account and send a new QR code. Typical response time: within 24 hours.

Important

Each QR code is single-use. Only request a replacement when you're ready to scan and install it immediately.
